Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission alive in our fast-paced restaurants. You will support management in delivering food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride while leading the team during the shift.

In this central role you will help create a vibrant guest experience, gain hands-on experience in store operations and food preparation, and mentor colleagues to develop a diverse set of skills.

Qualifications

• High school: some coursework preferred
• Some operations experience preferred
• Food safety: local/municipal requirements; Food Handler certification acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities
