Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission to life on the floor. You will support management, help create a welcoming guest environment, and lead team members during your shift in a fast-paced setting.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, manage store operations, and develop leadership skills for future growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Some high school is preferred.
• Experience in operations is advantageous.
• Food safety: Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification may be required at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist in managing store operations and lead the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development to prepare for advancement.
