Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests, assist in managing store operations, and lead the team during your shift while gaining hands-on cooking experience with Panda favorites.

Qualifications

• Some high school or equivalent is acceptable.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Food handler certification or equivalent may be required and obtained at applicant's expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
