Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support restaurant management, lead the team on shift, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly service.

You will help prepare Panda favorites, maintain a welcoming dining environment, and develop leadership skills in a fast-paced setting. This role offers hands-on experience in restaurant operations with opportunities for growth within our expanding national brand, anchored by our long-standing history since 1983.

Qualifications

• Some high school may be sufficient for the role.
• Operations experience is preferred to support store leadership and daily shift management.
• Local/municipal requirements such as Food Handler certification may be required and can be acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
