Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to join our Portland area restaurants. As a Shift Lead, you will support management in running a fast-paced operation and help bring Panda’s mission alive with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride.

You will help create a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests, gain skills in store operations and team leadership during the shift, and gain hands-on experience cooking and preparing Panda favorites.

Qualifications

• Some high school education
• Prefer some operations experience
• Food safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
