Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support our Oregon City team during busy shifts. You will help create a welcoming environment for guests, oversee team members, and assist with food preparation and service.

This role is ideal for someone with some high school and a willingness to learn operations, food safety, and leadership skills as part of a fast-paced, guest-focused Panda team.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience Food Safety:
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
