Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead to support management and lead the team during the busy shift. You will cook Panda favorites, ensure service with heart and a welcoming dining room, all while maintaining quality and speed.

Gain hands-on experience in store operations, food safety, and people leadership in a fast-paced, growing environment with opportunities for advancement and full benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Some high school education; prefer some Operations experience.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements (Food Handler certification) at applicant’s own expense.
• ADA: Lift up to 50 lbs, stand up to four hours, reach across counters up to 36 inches.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment, with effective verbal communication and conflict management.

Responsibilities

• Support management in creating food with passion, service with heart and ambiance with pride.
• Lead the team during the shift and gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites.
• Create a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests and manage store operations during the shift.
• Develop yourself and others through hands-on training and leadership opportunities.
