Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to join our fast-paced team in California. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride, while leading the team during shifts and gaining hands-on cooking experience for Panda favorites.

You will help create a vibrant environment for guests, manage store operations, and develop yourself and others in a growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands‑on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain a diverse range of skills to develop yourself and others.
