Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering great dining experiences in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will play a central role during shifts, helping to create a welcoming environment for guests and lead the team with energy and focus.

You will gain hands-on cooking experience and develop a range of skills across store operations while mentoring others and growing with the company in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
