Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to help bring Panda’s mission alive in our restaurants. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride, while leading the team during shifts.

You will gain experience in store operations, live cooking, and developing skills in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities for advancement within the Panda brand.

Qualifications

• High school education is minimally preferred.
• Experience in store operations and team leadership is desirable.
• Food safety knowledge or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
