Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride while leading the shift and guiding the team.

You will gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, managing store operations, and developing yourself and others, with opportunities for growth into management positions.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
