Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead for our Muncie, IN restaurant. You will support management, help supervise the shift, and contribute to cooking and preparation of Panda favorites while creating a welcoming environment for guests.

This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow into management positions, with flexible schedules and employee discounts. Prior operations experience is preferred and food safety requirements are local to the area.

Qualifications

• Some high school required or in progress.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Food safety certification or training as per local requirements (at applicant’s expense).

Responsibilities

• Assist management in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Lead team during shifts and help manage store operations.
• Assist with cooking and preparation of Panda favorites.
• Help develop yourself and others through hands-on training.
