Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations in our Carmel location. You will support management in creating a fast-paced, guest-friendly environment and lead team members during shifts.

You will gain hands-on experience in food preparation, store operations, and people development, while upholding Panda’s standards for quality, service, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role that rewards initiative and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Operations experience preferred.
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements (Food Handler) obtained at applicant's expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites for guests.
