Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our Panda team. As a Shift Lead you will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride while guiding the team during the shift.

You will gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites, managing store operations, and developing team members in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. We offer training, benefits, and paths to advancement.

Qualifications

• Some high school or higher education preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests during the shift.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team on shift.
• Gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites for guests.
