Responsibilities

• Order Management: Oversee the flow of orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• BOH and FOH Continuity: Maintain seamless communication and coordination between the back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Nightly Closing Duties: Take charge of closing the restaurant, ensuring all tasks are completed to standard and the space is ready for the next day.
