Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Shift Lead to ensure facility operations comply with policies and procedures. You will coordinate daily activities by delegating tasks and guiding team members, and you may supervise at the site when the Manager is away.

The Shift Lead will model established standards to maintain clean and safe buildings for workers and customers, operate specialized equipment, handle cleaning chemicals, and support routine janitorial duties as needed.
