Stinker Stores in Boise, ID is seeking a Shift Lead for full-time hours (30-40 per week) with open availability including weekends, evenings, and some holidays. You will lead store staff, ensure policy adherence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide scent-sational customer service and create a welcoming environment
• Keep store clean and well-maintained including restrooms, interiors, and exterior areas
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, faced, and priced correctly
• Manage vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries; handle supply orders
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff and motivate the team
