Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support management in delivering Panda’s mission and to lead a team during shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help create a welcoming guest experience, gain hands-on cooking exposure, and develop leadership skills for growth within the company.

This role emphasizes operations support, food safety adherence, and the ability to manage during peak times while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Competenze

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
