Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to join our fast-paced Panda locations across the country.

You will support management in running daily operations, guide team members during your shift, and help ensure food is prepared with passion and served with heart. This role provides hands-on experience in kitchen tasks and customer service, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned, American Chinese restaurant concept established since 1983.

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent is acceptable.
• Prefer some Operations experience and Food Safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support management in creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain hands-on experience managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop a diverse range of skills to advance personally and within the team.
