Job summary

Due' Cucina Seattle is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise the team during busy shifts at the West Seattle location. You will drive customer service, food quality, and kitchen timelines, while ensuring safety and adherence to recipes and standards.

The role requires leadership, the ability to handle fast-paced service, and willingness to obtain a Food Handler’s card within 7 days. Competitive wage with tip-based pay, and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Be familiar with and perform both kitchen and front-of-house roles.
• Monitor food waste, ordering, and inventory levels.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and labor compliance.
• Train and onboard new employees.
