Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to be a central part of our fast-paced restaurant team. You will support management in creating food with passion, service with heart, and ambiance with pride while guiding the team during the shift.

You will help create a vibrant guest experience, gain hands-on experience in cooking Panda favorites, and develop leadership skills by supervising store operations and mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Some high school education is acceptable.
• Operations experience is preferred.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
