Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls within company standards.
• Executes cash management duties and assists in inventory management to minimize loss.
