Our Shift Lead Doughnut Dealers are key to the smooth running of a shift by ensuring great service and accurate cash handling.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSInteract with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you.Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.Manages, executes and delegates daily functions of the store, including prepping products, serving customers, and completing daily and weekly cleaning duties.Has safe access and manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discountsEnsure sanitation practices are being used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.Ensures all safety and security policies are being followed as set by the Company.Trains and coaches employees during each shift to ensure Company and brand standards are being met.Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.Performs additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to successfully run the store.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE1 year experience as Shift leaderMust have Clark County Health CardLegally able to work within State and Federal guidelinesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSContinuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds.Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.Ability to multi-task and remain positive in busy working conditions.WORKING CONDITIONSCrew Leaders can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
