Job summary

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to lead the shift, oversee operations, and maintain customer relations. You will supervise 3 to 15 team members, manage cash, inventory, and costs, and ensure orders are prepared to Domino’s standards.

Greet customers, take orders, and deliver with safety and courtesy. Maintain a clean, professional store appearance, pass MVRC checks, and stay punctual with a positive attitude to motivate the team and shine as a role model for co-workers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–15 people).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVRC check; reliable vehicle.
• Punctual, positive attitude and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Deliver products safely to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain grooming standards and professional appearance.
