Domino's Pizza seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations at 115 Carnahan Drive, Maumelle, AR. This full-time role includes directing a team of 3–15, greeting customers, handling orders and payments, and ensuring product quality and safety.

You will manage staff performance, deliver orders, and maintain a clean, professional environment while upholding grooming standards and company policies.

Formación

• Experience leading a team during a shift (3–15 staff).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check; access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Be punctual and have a great attitude with customers and co-workers.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile; operate the cash register and collect payment.
• Make consistent products per Domino's Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver product by vehicle from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain professional grooming standards at all times.
