Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations and lead a team of 3 to 15. You will ensure cost, inventory, and cash controls while delivering excellent customer service on every shift.

You will greet customers, take orders with a smile, train staff, and uphold safety and grooming standards. A valid driving record and access to a reliable insured vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts (3–15 staff).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass MVR check.
• Reliable vehicle with insurance.
• Punctual with a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Deliver products safely and maintain a clean, organized workplace.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times per Grooming Standards.
