Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant environment and help deliver great guest experiences. You will assist in daily operations, guide team members on the floor, and help prepare Panda favorites with care.

This role offers hands-on leadership exposure, training opportunities in food safety, and a chance to grow within a growing family-owned brand that values teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• ADA guidelines require safe performance in a busy kitchen and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
