Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda restaurant. You will help create a vibrant, welcoming environment for guests and assist in running store operations during your shift.

This role offers hands-on cooking experience, leadership opportunities, and a path to grow with a growing company that values teamwork and customer service. Candidates should be prepared to work in a busy kitchen, lift up to 50 lbs., and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
