Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in a fast-paced Panda environment. You will help create a welcoming guest experience, oversee store operations during your shift, and guide team members to deliver Panda favorites with quality and speed.

Ideal candidates have some high school education and/or operations experience, and a basic understanding of food safety. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in a busy kitchen

Qualifications

• Some high school education or equivalent.
• Food safety practices knowledge preferred.
• Local/municipal Food Handler certification may be required at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
