Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Rancho Mirage, CA to lead baristas and store operations, delivering warm, fast service and quality beverages. You will coach teammates, uphold safety standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly during busy shifts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, quick learning, and strong communication as you maintain store policies, handle cash confidently, and create a welcoming space for the community.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: direct the work of others, learn quickly, effective oral communication, knowledge of the retail environment, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and relationship building.
