Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating two or more employees
• Able to prepare and coach food and beverage to standard recipes or customized for customers
• Maintain policies and standards including cash handling, safety and security

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to ensure a welcoming Starbucks experience for customers
• Direct and coach partners to maintain quality beverages and food and safe service during shifts
