Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to be a central driver of our fast-paced team. You will support management in running store operations, directly lead the team on shifts, and assist in preparing Panda favorites with care and consistency.

You will help create a welcoming guest experience, gain hands-on leadership experience, and develop the skills of teammates in a dynamic environment. ADA considerations and safety remain a priority in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior experience in food service or operations is a plus.
• Food safety knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support management during the shift and help run store operations.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests and lead the team on the floor.
• Assist with cooking and preparing Panda favorites and ensure quality.
• Develop team members and help them grow in their roles.
