Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and help run daily operations with passion for food, service, and guest experience.

You will assist in supervising the team during shifts, participate in cooking Panda favorites, and develop hands-on skills while ensuring safety and quality. This role offers growth within our restaurant family and opportunities to lead by example.

Qualifications

• High school level education required or preferred.
• Operations experience is desirable for shift leadership.
• Food Safety requirements (e.g., Food Handler) certification may be needed at the applicant's expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Gain hands-on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for guests.
• Develop yourself and others with a diverse range of skills.
