Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management, lead the team during shifts, and help create a welcoming environment for guests. You will gain hands-on experience cooking Panda favorites and developing store-operations skills in a fast-paced setting.

Expect to work closely with the team, follow safety and food-handling guidelines, and contribute to a positive dining experience. ADA considerations and local requirements apply; certification may be required.

Qualifications

• Some high school education.
• Food handler certification may be required by local authorities.
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense.

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Gain hands on experience in cooking and preparing Panda favorites for our guests.
• Gain skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
• Lead the team during shifts and help manage store operations.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
