Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in running fast-paced Panda restaurants. You will help the team deliver great guest experiences, manage store operations during shifts, and prepare Panda favorites with care and speed.

This role offers hands-on leadership development, exposure to daily restaurant operations, and opportunities to grow within our growing family of locations.

Qualifications

• High school education may be in progress; food service experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
