Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda's mission in our Roseburg, Oregon location. You will assist in running day-to-day store operations, lead the team during shifts, and help create a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring food is prepared to Panda standards.

This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for growth into management, flexible schedules, and benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
