Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management in delivering Panda’s mission with passion, heart, and pride. You will help create a vibrant guest experience and lead the team during shifts, while gaining hands-on exposure to cooking and Panda favorites.

Ideal candidates will have some high school education and, if possible, Operatoions experience with basic food safety. This is a great opportunity in a growing, family-oriented restaurant culture.

Qualifications

• Some high school is acceptable.
• Operations experience and Food Safety preferred or required per local guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for guests.
• Lead the team during the shift and assist store operations.
• Participate in cooking and preparing Panda favorites.
• Develop and mentor team members for growth and success.
