Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to support management and lead a team during busy shifts in our Panda restaurants.

You will help create a welcoming guest experience and assist in cooking and preparing Panda favorites. This role offers hands-on operations exposure, training in food safety, and the opportunity to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced restaurant group with a friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense
• ADA: able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and reach across counters
• Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelves are high

Responsibilities

• Support in creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Gain valuable skills managing store operations and leading the team during the shift.
