Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Lead to play a central role in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. You will support management in creating a welcoming environment for guests, lead during shifts, and gain hands-on experience preparing Panda favorites while developing a diverse set of skills for yourself and the team.

Ideal candidates bring some high school education, and preferably some operations experience; food safety certifications may be required per local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Some high school
• Prefer some Operations experience
• Food Safety: Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant’s own expense
