Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Lynchburg, VA. You will coach team members, ensure quality beverages and food, and uphold safety and store policies while delivering a warm, welcoming experience to customers.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills with prior customer-facing experience and the ability to manage diverse tasks during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and quality standards for beverages and food.
• Minimum 6 months interacting with customers.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages/food per recipes and customization.
• At least 6 months delegating tasks to 2+ employees.
