Pilot Company is seeking a Guest Services team member in Waynesville, NC to process merchandise and fuel transactions, lead a small cashier group, and maintain an organized work area with exceptional guest service.

You will handle various payment types, follow safety and policy guidelines, and contribute to a clean, welcoming travel-center environment. Competitive hourly pay and weekly pay are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality guest service in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to handle cash, credit, and other payment types accurately.
• Experience supervising a small team and coordinating shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift of one-to-two cashiers to process all types of cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Complete end-of-shift reports and close out procedures.
• Promote and sell products using suggested selling methods.
• Ensure quality service is delivered to every guest.
• Handle guest complaints following company processes and escalate when needed.
• Assist with other travel center functions (stocking, deli, cleaning).
