Job summary

Smoothie King in Fort Wayne, Indiana is hiring Team Members to help guests choose healthy smoothies, take orders and payments, and prepare drinks.

Shifts include morning, mid-day and evening; typical start times around 6:30 AM and end around 9:15–10 PM. Location is West Jefferson Blvd. Benefits include free smoothies, employee discount, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Friendly, social, and able to communicate clearly with Guests and Team Members.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• Guest services: 1 year preferred but not required.
• Barista experience: 1 year preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests, educate them about products.
• Take orders and payments, assemble smoothies.
• Prepare fruits and ingredients; serve with a smile.
• Follow opening/closing checklists and keep the area clean.
• Work across morning, mid-day and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include listening to and interacting with our Guests, educating our Guests about our products, taking Guest orders, taking payments, making smoothies and serving Guests with a smile. Other responsibilities include prepping fruit, vegetables, juices and other ingredients to be served to future Guests. Opening and closing checklists include cleaning, prepping and organizing for future shifts.

Qualifications

Qualified Team members should be friendly and social while being able to communicate clearly and effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. Ideal team members are dependable, friendly and have reliable transportation.

Looking for immediate MORNING, MID-DAY, and CLOSING Team Members that can work shifts between 6:30a-9:30p

$10.00 - $13.00 per hour depending on previous experience
