Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Dublin, OH is seeking a friendly Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and ensure every cake is finished with care and joy. You will lead a small team, help craft decorations, and deliver a warm guest experience.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, a casual dress code, and cake discounts. You’ll be trained to grow with us while keeping evenings and weekends open for guests and celebrations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail food service preferred.
