Leslie's Poolmart, Inc. in Shreveport, LA, is hiring a Shift Lead to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations.

Pay range is $13.00–$15.00 per hour, with compensation reflecting education, experience, and market data. The role includes greeting customers, processing sales, maintaining a clean store, and assisting with merchandising and inventory.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Customer service experience or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• Ability to participate in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers.
• Ability to complete required training within two months of hire.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Overview:

TheShift Lead 2will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Pay Range: $13.00 - $15.00 /Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
