Job summary

Leslie's is seeking a Shift Lead to provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations at our La Habra, CA store. The role includes assisting customers, processing sales, merchandising, and inventory control.

Candidates must be 18+, have a high school diploma or be in school, and be able to lift 50 lbs. The position pays $17.40–$18.90 per hour, with compensation determined by education, experience, and market data.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or currently attending high school
• Customer service experience or retail experience required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Excellent communication with computer proficiency and quick training completion within two months of hire

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with pool and spa care needs.
• Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

Overview:

TheShift Lead 2will provide superior customer service to our customers and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the store is operating at optimal performance.

Pay: $17.40 - $18.90 / Hourly

Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs.

• Position requires open and closing duties, including bank deposits.

• Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
