Five Guys Operations LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Shift Leader. The pay starts at $18.00/hour + tips + bonus. You’ll lead shifts, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic math and experience with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room—no task is too small.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience every time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
