Job summary

Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily store operations, motivate the team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage cash handling, inventory, and transactions while maintaining a clean, organized store and a safe work environment.

You will train and develop staff, handle escalations professionally, and optimize shift workflows to meet company expectations. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to keep the store operating smoothly.

Position Summary

As a Shift Lead, you will use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. You will also use your multitasking and prioritization skills to ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you will use your experience with inventory management and cash handling to ensure that the store is properly stocked and all transactions are handled accurately. Finally, you will use your leadership skills to train and develop team members, and to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily workflow of the site during their shift.
• Handles handoffs to the next manager.
• Ensure’s operations flow smoothly to meet company expectations.
• Ensure’s compliance with safety expectations.
