Job summary

Wingstop in Rowlett, TX is seeking qualified and responsible Shift Leads to manage all transactions with customers efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate knows their way around a cash register, can operate it smoothly, and work the kitchen quickly and cleanly.

Responsibilities include balancing cash drawers, daily inventory, resolving customer complaints, upselling and delivering great service, keeping the kitchen sanitized and organized, and ensuring inspections standards are met.

Their main responsibilities are making sure all transactions run smoothly, making sure guests get the best quality food and every customer is satisfied with the service. Ensuring all task are met on their shift. Excellent communication skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our customers and provide them with an outstanding experience.

A qualified candidate must also be able to follow instructions and be a successful member of our team. Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must.
