Job summary

Rocket Carwash is seeking an entry-level manager to join our management team in Texas. You’ll have the chance to prove your potential, learn new skills, and advance your career through our training-focused program and promotion-friendly culture.

You’ll lead daily tasks, coach teammates, and ensure a world-class carwash experience while upholding safety and brand integrity. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with sales-based earnings, performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

A Day In The Life:

• Utilizes highly energetic and proactive measures to lead fellow team members in daily tasks, duties, and problem-solving solutions to achieve goals
• Be a Rocket Carwash expert; consistently serving as a role model to teammates by achieving goals and maintaining our customers as the primary focus.
• In collaboration with leadership, work alongside the team to provide daily guidance, motivation, and training to guarantee a world-class carwash experience.
• Represent the brand with the utmost integrity
• Establish supportive and productive relationships with team members
• Maintain awareness and compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Seeks out feedback and proactively engages in opportunities for career development
• Relay customer inquiries and issues to management while assisting in quick and timely resolutions
• Supervise and execute opening and closing procedures
• Oversee cash and security management
• Regularly review and provide feedback on processes and procedures
• Adhere to the Rocket dress code and attendance policy
• May be asked to perform basic to intermediate level maintenance tasks
• Perform all other duties requested by your direct report

Qualifications:

• Displays high energy in all tasks and duties performed with a willingness to exceed customer service expectations with all interactions with customers

Compensation

• This position is Full-Time, starting at $17.00 per hour based on experience + competitive sales-based earnings & performance-driven bonus structure!
