POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the Management Team in accomplishing the shifts duties and objectives
• Ensuring proper completion of all side work
• Assisting with general shift work including but not limited too- Slicing, Making sandwiches in roughly 30 seconds, doing assorted shift side work, handling customer complaints, and training new employees
• Completing weekly administrative tasks
• Being the manager on duty 2-5 nights a week

Person In Charge you must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Person In Charge, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
